Returns & Exchanges
At SuperWow, we take the quality and safety of our snacks seriously. Due to the nature of our products and food safety regulations, we do not have a standard return policy and cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund for the affected item.

Refunds
Once your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
